Pyro explodes from the entrance stage and the four corners of the ring as the camera pans throughout the sold out crowd at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina as Wade Needham is heard welcoming us to the show.
Wade Needham: Ladies and gentlemen, we welcome you to the start in the Road To Extreme Anniversary as we welcome you to EMW King Of Extreme where tonight, we crown a King and Queen Of Extreme!!!
We then go to the broadcast booth were Wade Needham, Erin Andrews and Bobby Spade welcomed everyone to the show.
Wade Needham: Alongside Erin Andrews and the controversial Bobby Spade, I'm Wade Needham at ringside where tonight, the Road To Extreme Anniversary begins in Charlotte!
Bobby Spade: Tonight, we conclude the King Of Extreme Tournament and Queen Of Extreme Tournament and not only that but we have some great action with two huge title matches.
Erin Andrews: You got that right, Bobby! Tonight, we will see the EMW World Women's Championship on the line as Jill Valentine take on a Starlet that had been making a huge impact in EMW since being drafted here from the NIWA, Joanna Dark! Plus, the EMW World Heayweight Championship is on the line as "The Day Walker" Blade attempts to go for number 9 as he takes on "Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe who has proven to be a fighting champion taking on all comers. This could be Rolfe's biggest test in his title reign.
Jon Ian: Our opening contest of King Of Extreme is scheduled for one fall and it is the Semi-Final Match of the King Of Extreme Tournament! And it will be held under EXTREME RULES!!!
Duke Nukem arrived on the entrance stage and then makes his way to the ring to a thunderous pop from the crowd.

Duke Nukem enters the ring and goes to the second turnbuckle and poses for the crowd. He then climbs down and awaits his opponent.

Poison: Adam honey, the answer is quite simple. We needed someone we can make an example of and that skinny punk Scott Pilgrim was perfect in our cause. When Hugo and I arrived in EMW, our intentions were not to make an impact in EMW but to take it over. Our next plan was to win the King Of Extreme Tournament and be in the main event at Extreme Anniversary and conclude our mission with my Hugo becoming the NEW EMW World Heavyweight Champion...With the championship means money and with money comes publicity which me and Hugo crave. But that little punk Pilgrim got in the way of our plans and that makes me very angry.

She then shows the title belt to Dark and then holds high for all to see and then hands it to the ringside assistant. Richardson then calls for the bell to start the match.

After the match, Jill Valentine leaves with the World Women's Title as Joanna Dark looked on upset over what just happened.

EMW World Heavyweight Champion "Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe arrived on the entrance stage and holds up the EMW World Heavyweight title belt and then holds it over his shoulder as he heads to the ring to a good pop from the crowd. Rolfe then climbs up the top rope and then holds up the EMW World Heavyweight Championship belt and then climbs down to the ring and then Jon Ian starts the introductions the introductions.
Jon Ian: Born in Soho, London, England and now resides in Detroit, Michigan weighing in at 215 pounds ..."THE DAY WALKER" BLADE!!! (Blade stares at Rolfe as the crowd cheers loudly) His opponent, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania weighing in at 174 pounds...He is the EMW World Heavyweight Champion..."THE ANGRY VIDEO GAME NERD" JAMES ROLFE!!!
Rolfe holds up the title belt and then hands it to EMW Referee Yves Lavinge. Lavinge then shows the title to Blade and then holds up the belt and hands it to the ringside assistant. Yves then calls for the belll to start the match.
"The Day Walker" Blade def. EMW World Heavyweight Champion "Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe in 22:18 via pinfall after the second Day Walker DDT of the match after countering out of Rolfe's codebreaker to become the NEW EMW World Heavyweight Champion for the 9th time! After the match, Blade is handed the EMW World Heavyweight title and then raises the title belt over his head to the entrance stage and then ExtremeVision reads "# 9" as to his times he has won the EMW World Heavyweight Championship as Rolfe rolls out and looks at this moment at ringside dissapointed that he lost but knew that Blade was the better man this night.

Wade Needham: Well, after what just happened in the Queen Of Extreme Finals, it's really hard to top that but believe me when I say that this match will try to top it as Bob Sapp takes on his biggest test since arriving in EMW as he takes on Duke Nukem. Referee Nick Patrick then calls for the bell to start the match.
Duke Nukem def. "The Beast" Bob Sapp in an EMW King Of Extreme Finals Falls Count Anywhere match in 25:45 via pinfall after the Super Nuke-lear Bomb off the top rope through a Flaming Table. After the match, Duke lifts Bob to his feet and the two men shook hands and Sapp leaves to the back as Duke celebrates the win and then leaves the ring and walks to the throne. Nukem then sits on the throne and grabs the crown and then asks for a microphone and then is handed one.
Duke Nukem: I know I won the tournament, but I don't need a crown to know that I'm the King!
Duke then sits on the throne and then some bikini clad women arrived and flocked to Duke and then Duke talks again.
Duke Nukem: HAIL TO THE KING, BABY!!!
Pyro then explodes above ExtremeVision as Duke is chilling in his throne with the Bikini Beauties as the show concludes.
