Pyro explodes from the entrance stage and the four corners of the ring as the camera pans throughout the sold out crowd at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas as Wade Needham is heard welcoming us to the show.
Wade Needham: Happy New Year everybody! As EMW begins 2012 with a mega event that is a return of an old EMW classic! Welcome to EMW LETHAL LOTTERY!!!
We then go the broadcast table at ringside where Wade Needham, Bobby Spade & Erin Andrews are standing by.
Wade Needham: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to EMW Lethal Lottery, alongside my broadcast partner for EMW ShowTime, the controversial Bobby Spade and EMW Starlets's Erin Andrews, this is "The Webmaster" Wade Needham at ringside and what an interesting night we have in store.
Bobby Spade: It is clearly a tournament that is one of a kind. Two one-night tournaments that has 8 teams but the teams consist of some very interesting combinations but it's all about one common goal and that is a huge Championship opportunity.
Erin Andrews: The winner of the Lethal Lottery Tournament will earn an EMW World Heavyweight tite shot at the next EMW Mega Event, Fight For Survival. Meanwhile, the winner of the Starlets Lethal Lottery Tournament will earn an EMW World Women's Title shot at Fight For Survival. The tournaments began earlier tonight with exciting first round matches and now we have the Semi-Finals and Finals of the tournament. But that is not all we have for tonight.
Wade Needham: We have two huge non-tournament matched as tonight the EMW World Heavyweight Championship on the line as "The Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe faces Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Duke Nukem and Goldar in a Four Corner Survival Match. Plus, Jessica Alba defends the EMW World Women's Championship against Maryse who is making her EMW in-ring debut.
Bobby Spade: What I don't get is why Maryse would get a World Women's title match in her debut here in EMW.
Erin Andrews: Well, from what I told, it was a stipulation on her contract that states that she has one EMW World title shot in her debut. But that's just a rumor going around.
Wade Needham: Well on that note, we have some great EMW action to kick off Season 6 as we go to Leeann Tweeden for the first match in the Starlets Lethal Lottery Tournament.

Noah Antwiler: I am here in the Owner's office with EMW Owner Theo Clardy and you have requested this time to make a major announcement. Mr. Clardy, the floor is yours.
Theo Clardy: Thank you very much, Noah. Now on Friday afternoon, I was informed by EMW ShowTime General Manager Michael Jordan that he was stepping down as General Manager of EMW ShowTime and retiring from the organization to focus on his job as an owner of the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats. That request was granted and we wished Mr. Jordan all the best. But then I was approached by EMW Starlets General Manager Jill Valentine that she wants to step down as EMW Starlets General Manager but she wants to remain as a member of the Starlets Roster. I granted her request, as a matter of fact, she will be in action on the Season Premiere of EMW Starlets this Friday in Houston, Texas. Now, this is unprecedented over the fact that both GMs have stepped down from their jobs. So I decided to look over candidates for the new General Manager spots but then I started thinking and I decided instead of having two GMs, I would rather have one individual take care of matters of both the ShowTime and Starlets Brand. This individual will be known as the General Manager of Extreme Madness Wrestling. Now the announcement of the NEW EMW General Manager will be announced this Wednesday as EMW ShowTime will make its return to Wednesdays! Thank you all for your time!

After the match, Tito Ortiz locks Pilgrim with the Crosss Armbreaker Submission as Liddell threw Norris to the outside and then continues to stomp at Pilgrim while Ortiz is still locked in the hold until Chuck Norris arrived and then knocked out Liddell with the Chcuk Norris Kick then Ortiz lets go of the hold and exits the ring. He then drags Liddell out of the ring as Norris checks on Pilgrim.
Backstage, Duke Nukem is seen sitting down and smoking on his cigar as he has a focused look on his face. Duke is one of the Four Men that will be in the Four Corner Survival Match for the EMW World Heavyweight Championship later tonight.
A video is now played as we see a look at a bedroom and then we hear some loud female moaning sounds and then the camera goes to Candy Suxxx laying on her bed and watching the Television.

Candy then looks to the camera then she smiles and then speaks.

After the match, Alba gets her hand raised but Maryse runs in and attacks Alba from behind. I won EMW NUX then later on I became EMW Starlets Champion. 2012 has already gotten to a great start because now I have the biggest chance in my career and that is to win the Lethal Lottery and to earn an EMW World Women's title shot at Fight For Surviv...
Suddenly, Jenna Haze attacked Riley Steele from behind with a steel chair. Haze then continues to hit a fallen Riley Steele with the steel chair and then Security runs in to separate Haze from Steele.
Jenna Haze: I'm not done with you yet, you whore!!!
Upton checks on Steele and calls for help then EMTs then rush over to check on Riley Steele as Haze leaves smiling over what she did.

EMW World Heavyweight Champion "Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe arrived on the entrance stage and holds up the EMW World Heavyweight title belt and then holds it over his shoulder as he heads to the ring to a good pop from the crowd.

Rolfe then climbs up the top rope and then holds up the EMW World Heavyweight Championship belt and then climbs down to the ring and then hands the title belt to EMW Senior Referee Nick Patrick. Patrick then shows the title belt to Goldar, Jackson and Nukem then holds up the title belt and then hands it to the ringside assistant. Patrick then calls for the bell to start the match.
EMW World Heavyweight Champion "Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe def. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Duke Nukem & Goldar in a Four Corner Survival Match when Rolfe pinned Rampage after the Codebreaker after Jackson was going to use the steel chain but Blade arrives and took the chain from Rampage. During the match, Ari Gold tried to interfere and then Nick Patrick ejected Gold from ringside. After the match, Rolfe leaves the ring and holds up the title belt on the entrance stage but then Ken Shamrock runs in and attacks Rolfe from behind and then locks Rolfe in the Ankle Lock Submission and then cranks up the pressure as Rolfe is in extreme pain as the show concludes.
