Jessica Chobot: Hello everybody. I'm Jessica Chobot with this Special Report. With EMW Champions Showcase just a week away, some huge blockbuster breaking news as just entered the EMW Headquarters just this morning as Shadow The Hedgehog is OUT of the NIWA World Heavyweight Championship Scramble Match at Champions Showcase. When asked about this bit of news, Shadow said that the fact of him getting a shot at the NIWA World Heavyweight Championship shot at Clash Of The Titans 3 is reason enough for him to step down from this match so he can prepare for the match. NIWA Officials has now named a replacement for Shadow at Champions Showcase and it is the former NIWA World Heavyweight Champion, Zangief! We caught up with the big Russian after NIWA Saturday Night Showdown to get his words.
Backstage at the BI-LO Center, Zangief is standing by.
Zangief: First of all, I would like to wish my commrade Shadow best of luck in getting his shot at the NIWA World Heavyweight title at Clash Of The Titans. But it's sad that it would have to be against me because I am planning to become the NIWA World Heavyweight Champion once again at Champions Showcase!
