TNA Victory Road 2009
What has been described as TNA's most worst Pay Per View in history. The card involves The Main Event Mafia dominating the entire Pay Per View and provided what can be called the worst match in TNA history in Jenna Morasca vs. Sharmell. But if it was booked a different way, will the results be different?! Lets find out.

-- Tara debuts in TNA on the 05.28.09 edition of TNA Impact attacking The Beautiful People (Angelina Love, Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne) after Angelina's match against Sojournor Bolt.
-- On the 06.11.09 edition of TNA Impact, Tara defeats Madison Rayne in her first match in TNA.
-- On the 07.01.09 edition of TNA Impact, Tara defeats Velvet Sky and then introduces her pet tarantula and placed it on the fallen body of Velvet Sky.
-- The next week, Tara wins a non-title match against Angelina Love and threatened to put her trantula "Poison" on her unless she gets a title shot next week. Angelina accepts.
-- Tara won the TNA Knockouts Championship against Angelina Love on the 07.09.06 edition of TNA Impact.
-- After the match, the rest of The Beautiful People (Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne) runs in to attack Tara but then Awesome Kong makes the save. Tara and Kong form alliance.
-- The next week, Tara & Awesome Kong def. Angelina Love & Velvet Sky in a tag team match but there was a miscommunication between Tara & Kong after the match.
-- Match announced for Victory Road is a Fatal Four Way between Tara, Kong, Angelina & Velvet.
Jeff Jarrett, Rhino & Christopher Daniels vs. Kevin Nash, Booker T & "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner
-- At Lockdown, Team Jarrett (Jeff Jarrett, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels) def. Main Event Mafia (Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, Booker T & Kurt Angle) in Lethal Lockdown at TNA Lockdown.
-- Jarrett announces that he will be the advisor to The Front Line and help them rid TNA of the Main Event Mafia.
-- Nash makes a challenge to Jarrett at Victory Road. Jarrett accepts the match but then gets attacked by Booker and Steiner until Rhino & Daniels make the save.
-- Match then turns into a Six Man Tag Team Match at Victory Road.

-- Beer Money Inc. are the Tag Team Championship after defeating Team 3D concluding their fued over who's the better tag team.
-- Beer Money then makes an open challenge to any tag team in the TNA Roster to face them for the titles. Motor City Machine Guns arrived and accept the challenge.
-- Both teams faced each other in singles matches. Robert Roode defeated Alex Shelley. Chris Sabin defeated James Storm.
-- Tag Team title match made official at Victory Road.
Monster's Ball Match

-- Abyss had been seeing a psychiatrist for months in the form of Dr. Stevie to overcome his sadistic desires.
-- It was revealed that Dr. Stevie has been mentally and physically abusing Abyss with dangerous treatments.
-- Dr. Stevie brings in Raven and Daffney to aid him in controlling Abyss and threaten Abyss's love intrest, Lauren Brooke.
-- It continues until Abyss had enough and attacked Dr. Stevie and Raven.
-- Abyss vs. Raven was announced for Victory Road in a Monster's Ball Match.
IWGP Tag Team Championship
Team 3D (Brother Ray & Brother D'Von) (c) vs. Giant Benard & Tyson Tomko

-- Team 3D won the IWGP Tag Team Championship against Benard & Tomko at the Wrestle Kingdom III in the Tokyo Dome.
-- Benard & Tomko head to the United States and invade TNA as they attack Team 3D.
-- IWGP Offcials inform TNA Management that Benard & Tomko as a rematch for the title belts.
-- Team 3D vs. Benard & Tomko announced for the IWGP Tag Team titles at Victory Road.
TNA X-Division Championship

-- Suicide won Ultimate X at Destination X to become the X-Division Championship.
-- Homicide won the Feast Or Fired suitcase that revealed that he has an X-Division title shot.
-- After a successful title defense just two week before the PPV, Homicide announced that he's cashing in his Feast Or Fired suitcase against Suicide at Victory Road.
-- Match confirmed the next week.
Samoa Joe vs. "The Icon" Sting
-- Samoa Joe added to the Main Event Mafia after helping Kurt Angle to become TNA World Heavyweight Champion at Slammiversary.
-- Main Event Mafia dumps Sting on the Impact after Slammiversary.
-- Sting and Joe have a few confrontations which leads to the match between them at Victory Road.
-- Joe announced that he'll reveal who has been advising him at the PPV.

-- Kurt Angle won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in a King Of The Mountain Match thanks to Samoa Joe.
-- Kurt Angle takes over as the leader of the Main Event Mafia after they got rid of Sting.
-- AJ Styles wins a Battle Royal to become the #1 Contender for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship after last eliminating Samoa Joe thanks to Sting.
-- AJ Styles then announced that he's putting up the Legends Championship in the match as well.
-- Main Event Mafia attack AJ Styles during the Contract signing for the match only for the Front Line to make the save.

Result: Tara retains the Championship via pinfall after Tara pinned Velvet Sky.
Jeff Jarrett, Rhino & Christopher Daniels vs. Kevin Nash, Booker T & "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner
Result: Main Event Mafia wins via pinfall when Booker T pins Daniels after inteference from Mick Foley. It would be announced afterwards that Foley has joined the Main Event Mafia.
TNA World Tag Team Championship
Beer Money Inc. (c) vs. Motor City Machine Guns
Result: Beer Money Inc. wins via pinfall when James Storm pinned Alex Shelley after the DWI in a Match of the Year Canidate. Both teams shook hands after the match.
Monster's Ball Match
Abyss vs. Raven with Daffney & Dr. Stevie
Result: Abyss wins via pinfall after the Black Hole Slam. Afterwards, Lauren Brooke celebrates with Abyss.
IWGP Tag Team Championship
Team 3D (Brother Ray & Brother D'Von) (c) vs. Giant Benard & Tyson Tomko
Result: Team 3D retains the title belts via pinfall when Brother Ray pinned Tomko after the 3D.
TNA X-Division Championship
Suicide (c) vs. Homicide
Result: Homicide gets the victory and becomes the X-Division Championship via pinfall after the 187.
Samoa Joe vs. "The Icon" Sting
Result: Samoa Joe gets the win via pinfall after the Muscle Buster after the distraction of the arrival of Taz, who would be revealed as Samoa Joe's advisor.
Main Event: Champion vs. Champion, Title For Title
TNA World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle vs. TNA Legends Champion "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles
Result: AJ Styles defeats Kurt Angle to become the TNA World Heavyweight Champion after the Spinal Tap. After the match, Bobby Lashley appears and congratulates Styles on becoming Champion.
