In a recent EMW LIVE! Event at Thompson–Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" Tito Ortiz announced that he was going to do something that he was unable to do at EMW ShowTime last Tuesday. He then introduced Jenna Jameson to the ring carrying a Black Bag and a Trash can. Jameson sits the trash can in the middle of the ring and then Ortiz takes off the EMW Internet title belt from around his waist and then dumps it in the trashcan then gets out the lighter fluid from one his pocket to drench the can and then gets the matches from his other pocket, lights it up and puts it in the trashcan lighting the Internet title on fire. Then Jenna Jameson hands Tito Ortiz the black bag and then Ortiz opens it to reveal...THE EMW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP BELT!!!
As officials came in to extinguish the fire and remove the trashcan, Ortiz mentioned the past history of the International title belt and the people that held the belt like the first ever champion and EMW ShowTime General Manager Michael Jordan to The Rock, Bobby Lashley, Bruce Lee, Dennis Rodman, Jules Winnfield, "The Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe and the last champion Tommy Vercetti. Then mentioned that it's the same title that became a launching pad to the EMW World Heavyweight title. Then Ortiz said that the Internet title was basically a play toy and that the International title has the most prestige and he has brought it back and vowed to become a better International Champion than the past stars that held the belt.
So now the Tito Ortiz vs. Chuck Norris match at Throwdown Royale this Sunday WILL be for the EMW International Championship.
