Saskatoon, SK - NIWA officials have been in talks with an international superstar in hopes of bringing him to the company. Officials have been in negotiations with the former WWE superstar this week and haven't been able to reach a deal as of yet. But they are hopeful that a deal can be reached sooner rather than later.
"I feel it's right to bring him, but right now we are in the early stages of negotiating a contract," said Mr. C.C..
The name of this person will remain under wraps until a contract is set in place. There is no time frame as to when the deal will be finalized and contract will be signed, but NIWA commissioner Bob Barker has high hopes that he will be great addition to the NIWA roster if and when he signs.
"He has everything we want in a potential member of the NIWA roster. After being impressed with his work in whether it is in the WWE, JAPW, or wherever, he has been impressive. He has the look and feel to be a perfect fit in the NIWA," adds Bob Barker.
Greg Fish, the lawyer representing the unnamed talent says he is working closely alongside all of the officials involved in the negotiations so his client can get the deal he wants which satisfies the NIWA as well.
"We just want to put fourth a deal which we think is fair between the two parties involved. We want to come out this thinking all the parties involved got what they wanted," Fish said.
The contract looks as though it could be signed as early as next week. But until such time that the contract is signed, the negotiations are still on going.
