The show begins with a LIVE! look at some of the fans outside the Scottrade Center in St. Louis as they are about to enter the arena for tonight's EMW Throwdown Royale event. Then we see a LIVE! shot inside the Scottrade Center as many of the fans have arrived but more are filing into the arena as the Kick-Off Match is about to begin.
(Bell Rings)

Jill Valentine & Sonya Blade make their way to the ring and get a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions/CCL Women's Tag Team Champions Psylektra (Psylocke & Elektra) make their way to the ring to a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions/CCL Women's Tag Team Champions Psylektra (Psylocke & Elektra) def. Jill Valentine & Sonya Blade in 7:51 via pinfall when Elektra pinned Sonya Blade after Sonya hits Elektra with a flying cross body off the top rope but Elektra's momentum reverses Sonya's pin attempt.
A video package is shown highlighting the events leading to tonight's EMW World Women's Championship Match between Ronda Rousey vs. Lindsay Lohan.
At the parking lot, EMW World Women's Champion "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey is seen stepping out of her car and then carries her bags as she makes her way to the arena from earlier today. Then it shows Lindsay Lohan arriving at the parking lot about a few minutes after Rousey had arrived.
At the press box above the arena, the Throwdown Royale Kick-Off Show panel which consist of Erin Andrews, Megan Fox, Wade Needham and Bobby Spade discuss about tonight's EMW World Women's Championship Match. Megan Fox believes that Ronda Rousey will hang onto the championship while Bobby Spade believes that Lindsay Lohan does have what it takes to dethrone Rousey tonight. Wade Needham agreed with Fox and said that Rousey will retain the title tonight and then they discuss the EMW World Heavyweight Championship Last Man Standing Match.
A video package is shown highlighting the events leading to tonight's EMW World Heavyweight Championship Last Man Standing Match between Duke Nukem and Jason David Frank tonight at Throwdown Royale.
Back at the Press Box, Andrews, Fox, Needham and Spade talked about the Last Man Standing Match. Spade believes that Frank will get back the title while Wade believes that Duke will hang onto the title tonight. Fox concludes the discussion by predicting that Frank will regain the title under the belief that Ari Gold will play a huge role in tonight's match. The panel then discussed about the Throwdown Royale Matches tonight. When asked for predictions, Megan Fox said that she believes that Bustice will win the Starlets Throwdown Royale Match tonight because Megan believes that Bustice is on a mission and that Bustice has the same look on her eyes she saw back at Fight For Survival earlier this year when she was gunning for Megan's record. Megan then said that she thinks that Zangief will the Men's Throwdown Royale Match because of a guy his size is impossible to eliminate from the match. Wade Needham believes that Shaundi will get the win this year because she has The Dewynter Sisters at her side and that Saints Row will play a huge factor tonight and if Sants Row was the last ones remaining, The Dewynter Sisters would gladly sacrifice themselves in order for Shaundi to win. Wade then said that he believes that Blitz will win the Men's Throwdown Royale match due to the fact that he now has a huge chip on his shoulder and a huge grudge on EMW and NIWA. Bobby Spade predicts that Goldar will win the Men's Throwdown Royale Match because he's another Superstar that can be impossible to eliminate due to his size and weight and then he predicts that Bustice will win the Starlets Throwdown Royale match because he believes that Bustice is a woman on a mission tonight.
The show ends with a look back at the history of the Men's and Starlets Throwdown Royale Matches.
