From the broadcast booth at ringside, Jim Ross, Joey Styles & Jesse “The Body” Ventura welcomed everyone to ASWL Inferno as “Rock Out” by Motorhead, the official ASWL Inferno theme song, played in the background and as fireworks exploded all over the arena. They announced that tonight’s main event will be the first ever 14 Person Captain’s Tag Team Match as “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, “Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels, “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal, Taz, The Steiner Brothers & Candice Michelle go against “The Franchise” Shane Douglas, Bret “The Hitman” Hart, The Brian Kendrick, 2 Cold Scorpio, The Dudley Boyz & “The Glamazon” Beth Phoenix. They also announced the official contract signing for Rock-Hogan 3 for the ASWL World Heavyweight Championship at ASWL Survival Quest tonight.
Motor City Machine Guns def. The Kings Of Wrestling with Larry Sweeney via pinfall when Chris Sabin pinned Claudio Castignoli after the Cradle Shock.

ASWL International Champion Samoa Joe def. JBL via pinfall after the Muscle Buster to retain the International Championship.
In the back, “Mean” Gene Okerlund interviewed The Glamazons (“The Glamazon” Beth Phoenix, Angelina Love, Velvet Sky & Victoria). Phoenix said that April Hunter was injured thanks to Awesome Kong last week. Phoenix said that she had found a suitable replacement for April and then they introduce the newest member to The Glamazons, NATALIA NEIDHART!

Teddy Hart & DH Smith def. The Outsiders (“Big Sexy” Kevin Nash & Scott Hall) via pinfall when Teddy Hart pinned Scott Hall with a rollup with the feet on the ropes. Before the match, it was announced that members of The Kilq & The Hart Foundation are banned from ringside.
In the back, “Mean” Gene Okerlund interviews Melina who announced that she’s taking a brief break from competing and said that she’s going to lead a tag team to ASWL gold. She then introduced her tag team that is making their ASWL debut up next against Strike Force, John Morrison & The Miz.

John Morrison & The Miz with Melina def. Strike Force (Tito Santana & Rick Martel) via pinfall when Morrison pinned Rick Martel after the Moonlight Drive.

The Briscoe Bothers def. ASWL International Tag Team Champions Harlem Heat with Sharmell via disqualification when The Dudley Boyz interfered and attacked The Briscoes. The Steiner Brothers ran in to make the save The Briscoes and cleared the ring from The Dudleyz and Harlem Heat. It was announced that eventhough The Briscoe Brothers won the match; the titles can only change hands via pinfall or submission so Harlem Heat retains the ASWL International Tag Team Championship.

“The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry, “Hacksaw” Butch Reed & Ahmed Johnson def. Tommy Dreamer with Beulah McGuillicutty, The Sandman & Sabu with Bill Alfonso in an Extreme Rules Six Man Tag Team Match via pinfall when Henry pinned Sandman after The World’s Strongest Slam.
In the back, ASWL Owner Theo Clardy leaves his office with the contract of the Rock vs. Hogan match in his right hand. Clardy then heads to the ring as the contract signing is up next.

Back from the commercial break, the ring is covered with a red carpet with the table setup for the contract signing. ASWL Owner Theo Clardy is in the ring with contract in hand. “Mean” gene Okerlund is in the ring as well to introduce the Official Contract Signing for the ASWL World Heavyweight Championship Match between The Rock and Hulk Hogan at ASWL Survival Quest. Okerlund introduced Hulk Hogan first as he arrived to the ring to a monster pop. Okerlund then introduced the ASWL World heavyweight Champion The Rock who arrived to the similar pop Hogan had. The two men sat down and signed the contract for the match. The two men then had a staredown and Clardy requested that the two men shake hands. Both men did shook hands. But then Rock suddenly hits Hogan with The Rock Bottom. Rock then grabbed the microphone and said, “Now we are even, see you this Sunday!” Rock then leaves as Theo looks on in shock as Hogan was getting to his feet and stares at The Rock as he was walking away.

After the match, every member of the matches that was scheduled for the Survival Quest style matches ran in and a big brawl ensues in and out of the ring as Security and officials try to break up the fights to end the show for this week.
