We begin with a video package that starts with a look back at Last Year's Extreme Anniversary Main Event between "The Day Walker" Blade and Duke Nukem.
Announcer: One year ago...A match 5 Years in the making...HAPPENED!!! It was one one of EMW's greatest matches...Two Warriors clashed to prove who is the better man...But now...
We see a staredown between Blade and Duke from EMW Saturday Night's Main Event.
Announcer: THE STAKES JUST GOT HIGHER!!!!
Theo Clardy: 3 STAGES OF HELL!!!
We then take a look at highlights of some submissions in EMW...
Theo Clardy: The first fall will be a Submissions Match in where the only way to win the match is to make your opponent Tap Out...
Then we see highlights of Duke Nukem and Blade competing in some fights they both had against numerous EMW Superstars in their careers.
Theo Clardy: The Second Fall will be under Extreme Rules...No Disqualification, No Count-Out and anything goes...
Then the screen goes black...
Theo Clardy: If we happen to get a third fall...
We then see the staredown between Blade and Duke Nukem on top of a Hell In A Cell
Theo Clardy: Well, for that I just couldn't help but to think about how Hell's Playground mega event and that staredown on top of the Hell In A Cell...I think it would only be fitting that the third fall of the 3 Stages Of Hell because if the match gets to a third fall...
Then we see images of the Hell In A Cell structure.

Then we see the image of the EMW World Heavyweight Championship.

Pyro explodes from the entrance stage and the camera pans throughout the crowd at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida cheering and holding up signs and then we go to the ring where all the participants in the Extreme Anniversary Battle Royal are already in the ring then the bells rings to start the match.
Terrell Owens wins the Extreme Anniversary Battle Royal in 13:22 after last eliminating "Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson as they were trying to eliminate each other. Other participants in the match were The Power Rangers(Black Ranger, Blue Ranger, Green Ranger & Red Ranger), Chris Crocker, Impulse, Matt Hazard, Carlton Banks, NIWA Venue Champion Kenny Powers, Saved By The Bell (A.C. Slater & Zack Morris), Wayne's World (Wayne Campbell & Garth Algar), Shredder, Tango & Cash (Ray Tango & Gabe Cash), EMW Hardcore Champion Dr. Insano, Grove Street Gang (Carl "CJ" Johnson & Sean "Sweet" Johnson), Angry Joe, Captain Jack Sparrow, Scott pilgrim, Chris Brown, "The Iceman" Chuck Liddell, "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock and "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" Tito Ortiz. With the win, Terrell Owens gets a shot at the NIWA World Heavyweight title later tonight
Backstage, EMW World Heavyweight Champion "The Day Walker" Blade has arrived to the arena and makes his way to his locker room to prepare for his title defense in a Three Stages Of Hell Match against Duke Nukem later tonight.
Jon Ian: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall, is a PINFALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH and it is for the UNIFIED EMW/NIWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP!!!
The X-Men (Cyclops & Wolverine) arrive on the entrance stage and make their way to the ring to a good mixed reaction from the crowd, but mostly cheers.
Jon Ian: Introducing the challengers! At a combined weight of 495 pounds...CYCLOPS...WOLVERINE!!! THE X-MEN!!!!
The X-Men arrived in the ring and posed for the crowd and then they await their opponents.
Unified EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Champions The Avengers (Captain America & Thor) arrive on the entrance stage alongside Tony Stark with the Unified Tag Team belts around their waists. They then make their way to the ring to a Thunderous ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Jon Ian: Their opponents...Accompanied to the ring by Tony Stark...At a combined weight of 860 pounds...They are the Unified EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Champions...CAPTAIN AMERICA...THOR...THE AVENGERS!!!
The Avengers arrived to the ring and held up thier tag team belts and then they handed the belts to assigned referee for the match, Yves Lavinge who then shows The X-Men the belts and hold up the tag team titles. Tony Stark then heads to ringside as Yves hands the belts to the ringside assistant and then calls for the bell to start the match.
Unified EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Champions The Avengers (Captain America & Thor) with Tony Stark def. The X-Men (Cyclops & Wolverine) in a Pinfalls Count Anywhere Match in 12:11 via pinfall when Thor pinned Cyclops after the Mjolnir (Burning Hammer) through the table. After the match, both teams shook hands and then The X-Men leave to the back as The Avengers celebrated the victory.
A commercial airs promoting the next EMW Mega Event entitled "Great American Brawl" which will take place Sunday July 15th LIVE From The Verizon Center in Washington D.C.
A video package is shown highlighting the past three matches between Jessica Alba and Olivia Munn which the first two ended in a Time Limit Draw and the latest being a Double Pin which lead to Shaundi announcing that the #1 Contender's Match is a Triple Threat Match.
Leeann Tweeden: The following contest is a EMW World Women's Championship #1 Contender's Triple Threat Match in where the winner will get a shot at the EMW World Women's Championship next month at Great American Brawl!!!
Jessica Alba arrived on the entrance stage and then poses for the crowd. She then makes her way to the ring, slapping hands with some of the fans as the crowd gives her a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.

At the parking lot, a huge pickup truck has pulled up to the arena and out comes Duke Nukem as he makes his way to the arena as he will face "The Day Walker" Blade later tonight in a Three Stages Of Hell Match for the EMW World Heavyweight Championship.
Jon Ian: The following contest is a LADDER MATCH and it is for the EMW CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!!!
We then see the EMW Cruiserweight Title belt held up on a hook above the ring.
Shawn Daivari arrives on the entrance stage then got to his knees and holds up his arms then screams to the heavens. Daivari then gets to his feet and then heads to the ring, getting a loud ovation of boos from the crowd.
Jon Ian: Introducing the challenger...From Iran weighing in at 189 pounds...SHAWN DAIVARI!!!
Daivari enters the ring, got to the middle of the ring and did the same pose and then gets to his feet and await his opponent.
EMW Cruiserweight Champion "Nostalgia Critic" Doug Walker arrives on the entrance stage and then makes his way to the ring to a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.

Walker enters the ring and looks up at the Cruiserweight title belt hanging above the ring as Daivari does the same thing. The bell then sounds and the match begins.
Shawn Daivari def. EMW Cruiserweight Champion "Nostalgia Critic" Doug Walker in a Ladder Match in 15:29 via decision when Walker and Daivari was on top of the ladder then Walker went to grab the title belt but then Daivari threw a fireball to Walker's face that sends Walker off the ladder and crashes to the mat and then Daivari pulled down the title belt to win the match and become the NEW EMW Cruiserweight Champion!!! After the match, EMTs went over to check on Walker as Daivari celebrates at ringside with his newly won title belt.
Wade Needham: Coming up next is a match with a very personal feud between two former EMW World Women's Champions.

Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions The Power Rangers (Pink Ranger & Yellow Ranger) in a Submissions Count Anywhere Match in 22:19 when Melissa Anderson locks Yellow Ranger with a Ringpost Assisted Figure Four Leglock at the same time Carano locks Yellow Ranger with the Triangle Choke while the Pink Ranger was handcuffed to the top rope by Poison to prevent her from making the save to become the NEW EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions! After the match, Poison and Legendary Conviction celebrate the title win at ringside as EMTs rush over to check on the Power Rangers in the ring. Order Of Elimination
-- Goldar was eliminates by Zangief via pinfall after the Russian National Slam.
-- Zangief was eliminated by Hugo via pinfall after the Hugo Slam after Goldar returned and distracted Zangief.
-- Hugo was eliminated by Bob Sapp via pinfall with a surprise schoolboy rollup after escaping Hugo's attempt at the Hugo Slam.
A video is shown of the events that happened last Friday at an EMW LIVE! Event at the Birmingham–Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, Alabama where Jenna Haze won the EMW Starlets Championship against Riley Steele while Steele was fighting through Food Poisoning. After the match, Haze continued to beat on Steele with a Singapore Cane but then Sonya Blade made the save before it got worse but then Haze knocked out Sonya with the Kendo Stick.
Then we go to a pre-taped promo from the NEW EMW Starlets Champion Jenna Haze.
Jenna Haze: Ladies and gentlemen, take a look at the NEW EMW Starlets Champion...It's back to its rightful owner! Riley Steele, even you have to admit, the title looks better on me than it does on your skank ass! Haze then enters the ring ans swings the Cane to Sonya but Sonya ducked then knocks the cane out of Jenna's hands as the bell sounds to start the match.

A video replay is shown of the Extreme Anniversary Battle Royal that kicked off the show where Terrell Owens won the Battle Royal to earn a shot at the NIWA World Heavyweight Championship.

The lights go out and then a spotlight is shown and NIWA World Heavyweight Champion Shadow The Hedgehog arrives on the entrance stage. Shadow then makes his way to the ring to a great ovation of cheers from the crowd. Shadow then enters the ring and poses for the crowd then stares at Owens as Jon Ian continues the introductions.
Jon Ian: Introducing the challenger...From Alexander City, Alabama...Weighing in at 224 pounds...TERRELL OWENS!!! (Crowd gives Owens a mixed reaction) His opponent...From Space Colony ARK...He is the NIWA World Heavyweight Champion...SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG!!!! (Crowd gives Shadow a great ovation of cheers)
Shadow then hands the title belt to NIWA Referee Herb Dean. Dean then shows the title belt to Owens and then Dean holds the title up and hands it to the ringside assistant. Dean then calls for the bell to start the match.
NIWA World Heavyweight Champion Shadow The Hedgehog def. Terrell Owens in 16:25 via pinfall after the Chaos Kick after leapfrogging Owens attempt at the T.O. Spear. After the match, Owens presents his hand to Shadow and then they both shook hands. The crowd cheers as Owens leaves to the back with a look of disappointment on his face as Shadow celebrates.
Backstage, The Cheer Squad (Claire and Becky) were seen talking until they turn and see something off camera and then they smile with excitement.
Claire: OMG! OMG! OMG! You are here! You are here!
Becky: I knew you would show up tonight!
The camera pans to the direction that The Cheer Squad was looking at and it was...JULIET STARLING FROM LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW! The crowd cheers loudly as Juliet gave both Claire and Becky hugs and then Juliet talks to the Cheer Squad.
Juliet Starling: Come on, girls. You know I wouldn't miss this for the world and I have got some more great news.
Becky: What is it?!
Juliet Starling: Take a look at the newest member of the EMW Starlets Roster!
Becky and Claire are excited by the news.
Claire: With everything you had taught us, you have changed our luck around and now we are all here in EMW as one big happy Cheer family.

Erin Andrews: I have to say that was huge news that the Star of the new Lollipop Chainsaw video game, Juliet Starling is now apart of Extreme Madness Wrestling.
Bobby Spade: I love it! Three Cheerleaders! The Cheer Squad may be my favorite trio in EMW!

Erin Andrews: Well one thing that EMW fans are excited about is the Starlets Main Event for Extreme Anniversary as the EMW World Women's Championship is on the line as the 2012 Queen Of Extreme Bustice takes on the dominating Champion Jill Valentine!

EMW World Women's Champion Jill Valentine appears to the entrance stage and is covered in her usual hooded coat. Jill then takes off the coat and she is in her purple battle outfit with the EMW World Women's Championship around her waist as she makes her way to the ring to a thunderous ovation of boos from the crowd. Jill enters the ring and then stares at Bustice then Leeann Tweeden makes the introductions.

Valentine stares at Bustice as she gets booed loudly by the crowd and then Valentine hands the title belt to EMW Referee Kim Winslow. She then shows the title belt to Bustice and then holds high for all to see and then hands it to the ringside assistant. Winslow then calls for the bell to start the match.
Bustice def. EMW World Women's Champion Jill Valentine in an Extreme Rules Match in 17:11 via pinfall after the 2nd Big Bust in the match off the top rope to become the NEW EMW World Women's Champion!!! After the match, many EMW Starlets from the locker room arrived and joined Bustice in the Championship celebration. Then, Olivia Munn is seen on the entrance stage and watches the celebration. He then takes out his cigar and then one of the women takes the cigar from him and then Duke makes his way to the ring to a thunderous ovation of cheers from the crowd. Duke then enters the ring then goes to the second turnbuckle and poses for the crowd. He then climbs down and awaits his opponent.

The smoke fills up the entrance stage and then Blade arrives from the smoke with the EMW World Heavyweight Championship around his waist then he makes his way to the ring to the same ovation of cheers Duke gets. Blade gets the same ovation as Duke as he hands the title belt to Theo Clardy. Clardy then shows the title belt to Duke and then holds up the title belt then handing it to the ringside assistant. Clardy asked both men if they are ready and then Clardy calls for the bell to start the match.

Order Of Decisions
First Fall - Submission Match: Blade def. Duke Nukem after Duke Nukem passed out from the pain from Blade's Crossface.
Second Fall - Extreme Rules: Duke Nukem def. Blade via pinfall after a Super Nuke-lear Bomb through two tables.
Third Fall - Hell In A Cell: Duke Nukem def. Blade via pinfall after two straight Nuke-lear Bomb.
After the match, Clardy gives Duke the EMW World Heavyweight title and then Duke holds up the title belt. Then Clardy checks on a fallen Duke Nukem. Then Duke extends his hand to Blade. Blade accepts it and then Duke picks up Blade. The two men shook hands and hugged and then they shook Clardy's hand and then all three men celebrated as fireworks explode above Sun Life Stadium as the show concludes.
