The show begins with images of the sites of Miami, Florida and then shows the Extreme Anniversary logo.
Announcer: Tonight, the Road To Extreme Anniversary....
Then the logo shot gets disorted and then burns up.
Announcer: GOES THROUGH HELL!!!
We then see the Hell In A Cell Structure as it lowers down and then highlights of past Hell's Playground matches are shown.
Announcer: Inside are broken weapons, bodies and souls as the path to EMW's Anniversary event is decided under to cold, unforgiving steel of the Hell In A Cell.
Footage is shown of the six men that will be apart of the Hell's Playground Match for the EMW World Heavyweight Championship ("The Day Walker" Blade,. Hugo, "Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Scott Pilgrim and Goldar) in action and then the EMW World Heavyweight Championship is shown.
Announcer: 6 EMW Superstars will enter the Cell but only one can survive as EMW World Heavyweight Champion!
Footage is shown of the six men that will be apart of the Hell's Playground Match for the EMW World Women's Championship (Jill Valentine, Joanna Dark, Olivia Munn, Shaundi, Maryse and Jessica Alba) in action and then the EMW World Women's Championship is shown.

Then we see some more EMW action and then shots at the Hell In A Cell.

Pyro explodes from the entrance stage and the four corners of the ring as the camera pans throughout the sold out crowd at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana as Wade Needham is heard welcoming us to the show.
Wade Needham: Ladies and gentlemen, we welcome you to the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana as tonight, EMW goes to HELL!!! Welcome to EMW Hell's Playground!!! Alongside, the controversial Bobby Spade and Erin Andrews, I'm Wade Needham at ringside!
We then see the Hell In A Cell Structure with many weapons either strapped to the structure is lowering down for the huge action pack night as Bobby Spade begins to talk.
Bobby Spade: Tonight, every match takes place inside the ruthless Hell In A Cell as it is lowering down to the ring and it brought some Hardcore goodies with it.
Erin Andrews: Tonight, 5 brutal matches including the Cruiserweight & Unified EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Championship on the line. Plus the Hell's Playground Matches for the EMW World Heavyweight Championship and EMW World Women's Championship respectively.
Wade Needham: But we are kicking off the show with the Gang Warfare Match!!!
Leeann Tweeden: Our opening match at Hell's Playground is the GANG WARFARE MATCH!!! (Crowd Cheers) Here are the rules for the match...There will be a 5 Minute Period where one member of each team will enter to start the match...At the end of the first period, the head referee flips a coin. The winner of the coin toss will send their second team member giving that team a temporary handicap matches. After the second period, the second team brings in their second team member. After the third period, the team that wins the coin toss brings in their third team member. The process continues until all members of both teams have entered the ring and the Gang Warfare will begin! The only way to win is via Submission or Surrender! The head referee will remain on the outside and will have the final say at Gang Warfare!

Team Bundy the walk to a seperate side outside the Hell In A Cell that is next to the door of the Hell In A Cell. Then Sonya Blade enters the ring as she is the first member in for Team Bundy as Team Faith is strategizing over who will go first and then Gina Carano enters the ring as she will be the first member for Team Faith. The bell then rings to start the match.

MMA Incorporated ("The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock & "The Iceman" Chuck Liddell) arrive on the entrance stage alongside the CEO of MMA Inc. Ari Gold and then they make their way to the ring to a huge ovation of boos from the crowd.
Jon Ian: Introducing first, the challengers! Accompanied to the ring by the CEO of MMA Incorporated, Ari Gold...First from Reno, Nevada...weghing in at 215 pounds...He is "The World's Most Dangerous Man"...KEN SHAMROCK!!! Gold then leaves to the back as Shamrock and Liddell enter the Hell In A Cell and Liddell enters the ring as Samrock does his usal entrance into the ring then they begin to warm up as they await their opponents.
Unified EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Champions The Wayans Brothers (Shawn Wayans & Marlon Wayans) arrive on the entrance stage and make their way to the ring slapping hands with some of the fans as the crowd gives them a huge ovation of cheers.

The Wayans Brothers then entered the Hell In A Cell and then entered the ring. The Wayans's hold up the title belts then hand them to EMW Referee Yves Lavigne. Yves then shows the belts to Shamrock and Liddell and then hold up the belts. Yves then hands the belts to outside referee Rick Knox. Knox then goes outside the Hell In A Cell and lock the door then the bell rings to start the match.
MMA Incorporated ("The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock & "The Iceman" Chuck Liddell) def. Unified EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Champions The Wayans Brothers (Marlon Wayans & Shawn Wayans) in a Hell In A Cell Match in 15:11 via pinfall when Chuck Liddell pinned Marlon Wayans with the Superman Punch to become the NEW Unifed EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Champions!!!

Backstage, Hugo is seen warming up at the locker room area with his manager Poison looking on as Hugo prepares for the Hell's Playground Match for the EMW World Heavyweight Championship later tonight. It was announced that this is Hugo's first Hell's Playground Match.
Jon Ian: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the EMW CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!!!
Shawn Daivari arrives on the entrance stage then got to his knees and holds up his arms then screams to the heavens. Daivari then gets to his feet and then heads to the ring, getting a loud ovation of boos from the crowd.
Jon Ian: Introducing the challenger...From Iran weighing in at 189 pounds...SHAWN DAIVARI!!!
Daivari enters inside the Hell In A Cell and then entered the ring. Daivari then got to the middle of the ring and did the same pose and then gets to his feet and await his opponent.
EMW Cruiserweight Champion "Nostalgia Critic" Doug Walker arrives on the entrance stage and then makes his way to the ring to a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.

Walker enters the Hell In A Cell and then enters the ring and holds up the title belt and stares at Daivari then he hands the title belt to EMW Referee Patrick Hernandez. Hernandez then shows Daivari the belt and then holds it up and then hands it to the outside referee Daniel Thomas. Thomas then closes the Cell door and locks it as Hernandez calls for the bell to start the match.
EMW Cruiserweight Champion "Nostalgia Critic" Doug Walker def. Shawn Daivari in a Hell In A Cell Match in 16:44 via pinfall with a rollup after countering out of the WMD Driver. After the match, Daivari attacked Walker from behind and then locks in the Camel Clutch and refused to let go of the hold. Security Officials and Agents ran in to pry Daivari off of Walker. Jill then takes off the coat and she is in her purple battle outfit with the EMW World Women's Championship around her waist as she makes her way to the ring to a thunderous ovation of boos from the crowd.

Valentine then looks at the Hell In A Cell and then hands the outside referee Karen Richardson the EMW World Women's Championship belt and then enters the Cell. Richardson then closes the Cell door and then Valentine enters the ring. Kim Winslow then calls for the bell to start the match.

-- Maryse was eliminated by Shaundi via pinfall after the Saints Row through a table.
-- Joanna Dark eliminated by Jill Valentine via pinfall after the Raccoon City Driver.
-- Olivia Munn eliminated by Jessica Alba via pinfall with a rollup after a reversal from the A.O.T.C..
-- Jessica Alba eliminated by Jill Valentine via pinfall after an angry Olivia Munn attacked Alba and then hits Alba with the A.O.T.C. onto the chair.
-- Shaundi eliminated by Jill Valentine via knockout after both got hit with steel chairs at the same time and Jill got up at 9 but a tired Shaundi remained down at 10.
After the match, a battered, bruised and bloodied Jill Valentine escaped the Hell In A Cell holding the EMW World Women's Championship and head to the back. Meanwhile, Security Officials and EMTs ran in and check on Shaundi in the ring but then Shaundi got up under her own power and then walked out limping and feeling the effect of the match as the crowd cheers her on. Shaundi came up short tonight, but she proved that she was close from taking the EMW World Women's title away from Jill Valentine.

After the match, Blade celebrates the win on top of the Cell but then suddenly the lights go out...

When the lights came back on, DUKE NUKEM arrives on top of the Hell In A Cell and confronted Blade. Both Blade and Nukem have a staredown as we will have a rematch from last year's Extreme Anniversary but this time, it's for the EMW World Heavyweight title. The show ends with Blade holding up the EMW World Heavyweight Championship and then Nukem holds up his right arm as the crowd is cheering loudly.
