Well, earlier tonight I watched the special 3 Hour Edition Of RAW (Thank you USA HD that has the East Coast Feed). And here are my thoughts on the show.
-- The entire Breakthrough Battle Royal concept is pretty damn good. It's a fresh thing that WWE has done plus it gives people that really haven't been in the World title scene a chance to shine. Eventhough, Orton had to be involve in the thing, it really didn't bother me a bit.
-- I enjoyed the John Cena vs. CM Punk match. The ending was well done. It really didn't make Punk look weak in the match because it had to take a middle rope Attitude Adjustment to bet Punk instead of just a regular AA. Punk's promo before the match was awesome as well. Punk is a WAY better heel than he was a face and it keeps getting better week after week.
-- Having Vince McMahon and Jesse Ventura back at the broadcast booth really brought me back. I use to remember back when I was a kid every Saturday Morning (except when the Dodger game then it comes in the afternoon), I watch Superstars Of Wrestling and watch the action while McMahon and Ventura call the action and don't forget SNME back in the day as well. The commentary between them started off slow but it picked up as it went along which was great.
-- Kofi's picking up more steam in his push and I'm enjoying every minute of it. Imight say that he or The Miz are my favorites to take MITB at WM 26.
Just three weeks till the TLC PPV and two big matches have been confirmed, Cena vs. Sheamus in a Tables Match for the WWE title and Jeri-Show vs. DX in a TLC Match for the Unified Tag Team titles. TLC PPV is shaping pretty good and this week's show was a good transition from Survivor Series to TLC. Plus we are see some storylines continue nicely and some new feuds brewing. Overall, a great RAW this week.
Ranking: 8/10
Tell me waht you think of my review and tell me what you think of RAW this week.
