The show begins with a shot outside of the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri where fans are seen with signs at hand lining up to get inside. Then we go to the EMW Extreme Anniversary Kick-Off stage where Jessica Chobot welcomed everyone to the EMW Extreme Anniversary Kick-Off. Chobot is joined by the Kick-Off Panel which consist of Eddie Murphy, EMW Hall Of Famer Christina Aguilera and Johnny Bravo. The Panel talked about tonight's card then they talk about the Triple Threat Steel Cage Match for the EMW World Heavyweight Championship later tonight between Johnny Gat, Chad Johnson and the 2014 Road To Extreme Anniversary Series Winner Blitz. Johnny Bravo picks Blitz to win the match, Christin Aguilera picks Johnny Gat while Eddie Murphy agrees with Bravo and picks Blitz.
Back to the panel, they discuss the Falls Count Anywhere Match between Duke Nukem and Josh Birk as behind them the Broadcast Team for EMW Extreme Anniversary (Johnny Gomez, Nick Diamond and April O'Neil) make their way to the broadcast booth at ringside to call the action tonight. Eddie Murphy says that he had experienced what Josh Birk can offer and he backs up what he brags about in the ring and that Duke had took him lightly as of late. Murphy advises that Duke better not make that same mistake tonight. Christina Aguilera says that after the past couple of weeks, Birk has got his attention and that tonight Duke will let Birk know who is the King Of The Jungle in EMW. Johnny Bravo says that Birk has Duke's number and if Duke can't get it together, Birk will have his number tonight. The panel then goes to Gomez, Diamond and O'Neil for the call of the Kick-Off Match.

Jon Ian: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the EMW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!
EMW International Champion Captain Jack Sparrow def. Pierce Washington in 10:17 via pinfall with a Small Package Rollup as Washington was setting up for the Saints Plex.
Back to the panel, they discuss the Two EMW World Women's Championship Matches as Bustice defends against Megan Fox and then the winner of the match will take on Juliet Starling for the title later in the night. Eddie Murphy predicts that Bustice will retain the title against Megan Fox and will retain against Juliet Starling. Johnny Bravo believes that Megan Fox will take the title from Bustice but Juliet Starling will leave St. Louis as the EMW World Women's Champion. Finally, Christina Aguilera believes that Bustice will retain the title against Megan Fox but will lose the title to Juliet Starling. Jessica Chobot then signs off for the Kick-Off Show and hopes everyone enjoys Extreme Anniversary.
