(Pyro goes off inside the Greensboro Colisieum as the crowd is highly pumped for the main event tonight, where the challenger Shadow the Hedgehog for the NIWA World Heavyweight Championship will go toe to toe with the champion, "The Wrestling Badass" Shelton Benjamin. Also in an interpromotional six man tag, Mr. CC, NIWA President will team with the former Unified Tag Team Champions, Peter Pan and "Mr. Wrestlemania" JTH will square off with EMW's Chase Brothers and their manager Ari Gold.)
Finkle: Our opening contest of BREAKDOWN, is scheduled for one fall and is for the NIWA Junior Heavyweight Championship! (Crowd Cheers)

However, that shot seemed to do little to no damage to Shadow and... (Shelton looks over at Burgundy and Burgundy stops talking)
Shelton: So what exactly are you implying Ron? That there's no possible way I'm gonna walk out the champion here tonight? Is that what you're implying?
(Ron begins to say something)
Shelton: Shut up! (Crowd Boos as Ron stops talking) Let me make this real simple Ron. Shadow the Hedgehog and use all the mind games and administer all the voodoo B.S. he wants. He is not, and will not ever stop me. I'm gonna walk out, exactly what I walk in as...the NIWA World Heavyweight Champion...because I'm Shelton Benjamin..."The Wrestling...Badass"! (Crowd Boos as Shelton leaves in a far less happy mood than he was when the interview started)

Sheik: You can chant her name all you want, but the fact is, she can not, and will not be of any help. Her sister cost her a chance to win this title and that's just the way it goes. (Crowd Boos) But enough of this, I'm done facing all those Powerpuff Girls, I've beat them all so many times that I've lost count. It's time to give someone else a chance. So right now, I'm giving anyone, that is NOT a Powerpuff Girl a chance of a lifetime, to face and possibly...but very unlikey, take my coveted NIWA Women's Championship right here, right now.

Fozzie Osbourne defeated Spiderman via pinfall at 12:12. After the match, Fozzie continued his attack on Spidey which the crowd boos until Drew McIntyre runs out and chases Fozzie out of the ring as Drew help Spidey and Fozzie retreats.
(Screen is backstage for an interview with the team of JTH, Peter Pan, and NIWA President Mr. CC)
CC: Ready to kick some ass out there?
JTH: Absolutely. Little Pete here is too, he just won't say he is.
Peter Pan: You're right, I won't say it. Because I care about being a role model.
JTH: A role model? Pete, I don't know if you've noticed, but you're beating up people for a living, you've always done that. There was just no blood, no four letter words, and you could get a chesseburger for a nickel. I kick ass, show off, and look good doing it. We're exactly the same.
CC: He's right, and tonight we're gonna another thing in common. We're gonna beat The Chase Brothers and Ari Gold into a pulp tonight.
Peter Pan: That's right, tonight we're gonna...(Stops as CC and JTH lean in)
JTH: Go ahead...say it.
Peter Pan: We're gonna...
CC: Go on...
Peter Pan: (Too excited) We're gonna kick their ass! (Crowd Cheers, but CC and JTH just stare at him)
JTH: Just between us...you're better off not saying that...(Crowd Cheers as JTH and CC leave)
Peter Pan: I warned you...(Walks off to follow them)
(Bell Rings) Finkle: The following contest, is the Interpromotional Six Man Tag Match, scheduled for one fall! (Crowd Cheers)

The Chase Brothers & Ari Gold defeated Peter Pan, "Mr. Wrestlemania" JTH, & NIWA President Mr. CC at 21:29 via Ari Gold pinning Mr. CC after the current Unified Tag Team Champions The S.A. Crew from EMW took advantage of a referee distraction attacked CC as he was covering Ari Gold for the victory, after the attack, The Crew left through the crowd and allowed Ari Gold to get the pinfall.
(Screen shows when Agent J became the new NIWA north American Champion defeating The Shredder on a recent NIWA Saturday Night Showdown)
(After the video, backstage Ari Gold and The Chase Brothers celebrating after stealing a victory and then them and the S.A. Crew all gather into the same limo and leave the arena before being questioned.)

NIWA World Heavyweight Championship
Shadow the Hedgehog defeated "The Wrestling Badass" Shelton Benjamin (c) via DQ at 20:11 after Shelton low blowed Shadow who attempted a Chaos Kick. The referee called for the bell, although Shadow showed no signs of damage and went apes**t on Shelton. Shelton retains the NIWA World Heavyweight Championship by vertue of the DQ, but that's not the story right now as Shelton is running for his life to escape from Shadow as they go through the back and out to the parking lot. Shadow continues to pound the champion to a car and Shelton opens the car door and drills Shadow in the knee into a lead pipe stalling Shadow, this allows Shelton to get in this vechile and begins to close the door, but Shadow gives a Chaos Kick to the door breaking it, but Shelton is able to drive off as he 180s the car to the exit and squeals the tires to drive off. Shadow is left in the parking lot livid that he is without the NIWA World Title, or the head of the champion!
