The show begins with a video package which begins with a shot at the Hell In A Cell structure.

Images are shown of the seven men ("Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe, Jason David Frank, Spiderman, Hugo, Shelton Benjamin, Peter Pan and Jay Lethal) and the six Starlets (Molly Holly, "Future Legend" Melissa Anderson, Buttercup, Catwoman, Blossom and Gina Carano) that will be competing their respective Hell's Playground Matches.

Pyro explodes on the entrance stage and the camera pans throughout the sold out Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia as Johnny Gomez talks in the background.
Johnny Gomez: Ladies and gentlemen, tonight EMW goes to HELL!!! We welcome you to EMW HELL'S PLAYGROUND!!!!
Then we go to the broadcast table where Johnny Gomez, Nick Diamond and April O'Neil welcome everyone to the show.
Johnny Gomez: Hello folks, I'm Johnny Gomez!
Nick Diamond: I'm Nick Diamond!
April O'Neil: And I'm April O'Neil!
Johnny Gomez: Tonight, we have a card where nearly every match will take place inside the unforgiving Hell In A Cell!
Nick Diamond: And some of these matches are for major championships which includes the EMW Cruiserweight Championship and the Unified EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Championship! But especially, we will determine who will become the Undisputed EMW World Heavyweight Champion as Quinton "Rampage" Jackson takes on Zangief!
April O'Neil: Not only that but we have Gang Warfare as Team Bustice takes on Team Fox and we have two Hell's Playground matches as they are both Finals Matches in the Road To Extreme Anniversary Series!
Johnny Gomez: Speaking of that, we had a tie for the final spot in the Hell's Playground Match between Jay Lethal and Peter Pan and coming up next, these two men will fight to see who will get that last spot!

Jon Ian: Our opening contest is scheduled for one fall with a 15 minute time limit is to determine who will be in the Hell's Playground Match in the finals of the Road To Extreme Anniversary Series!
Jay Lethal makes his way to the ring to a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.

Backstage, EMW Owner Theo Clardy is seen watching the show on the monitor at the Owner's office and then he was approached by NIWA President Mr. C.C.
Mr. C.C. Hey Theo, what a great opening match tonight.
Theo Clardy: Hey, you were the one that suggested the match, man.
Mr. C.C. Good point, Theo. About the Hell's Playground Matches, if one of the NIWA Superstars or Female Wrestlers ended up winning one or both of those matches, do you have any plans for your major titles at Extreme Anniversary?!
Theo Clardy: You know, I did have one match in mind but I'll wait until the end of the show to consider it.
Mr. C.C. That's good to know. Well, I got to go and watch the rest of the event at the VIP section. You take care, man.
Theo Clardy: Thanks!
Mr. C.C. then leaves as Clardy turns to watch the monitor.
In the ring, the Hell In A Cell hanging high above the ring is lowering down due to the fact that the rest of the card will be inside the Hell In A Cell.
Video footage is shown of Angelina Love & Kelly K. Blank's attack on the Power Rangers from last Firday's EMW Starlets.

Shelton Benjamin makes his way to the ring as he too stares at the Hell In A Cell structure as the crowd gives him a mixed reaction.

After the match, Blossom celebrates the win but then NIWA World Women's Champion Faith Lehane arrives on the entrance stage and holds up the title belt and talked trash to Blossom as Blossom points to the title and then said that she is taking that title back.

Zangief arrives to the entrance stage and does some flexes for the crowd and then makes his way to the ring to a thunderous ovation of boos mixed in with some "USA" chants.
Quinton "Rampage" Jackson arrives on the entrance stage with his trademark chains draped around his neck then he does his trademark howl then makes his way to the ring to a thunderous ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Quinton "Rampage" Jackson def. Zangief in a Hell In A Cell Match in 22:12 via pinfall after the 3rd Rampage Slam of the night to become the NEW EMW World Heavyweight Champion! After the match, Rampage is handed the EMW World Heavyweight Championship belt and celebrated the win but then Jason David Frank arrived in the ring and then both he and Rampage have an intense staredown and then Rampage holds up the title belt and then Frank smirks at Rampage then leaves the ring and heads to the back as Rampage looks on.
Backstage, Noah Antwiler is standing by with EMW Owner Theo Clardy.
Noah Antwiler: Mr. Clardy, you asked for this time to make a huge announcement that invloves Extreme Anniversary.
Theo Clardy: Yes I do, Noah! After what happened earlier tonight in one of the Hell's Playground Matches, I have made a huge match at Extreme Anniversary and I will make that announcement after the Gang Warfare Match up next. Lets just say that this match is going to rock Extreme Anniversary to its foundation!
Clardy then leaves as the crowd cheers loudly.

Gang Warfare Rules
-- The match began with one member of each team entering the Hell In A Cell.
-- After five minutes, a member from one of the teams (decided via coin toss) would enter the Hell In A Cell, giving her team the temporary handicap advantage.
-- After two minutes, a member from the other team would enter to even the odds.
-- Entrants alternated between teams every two minutes, giving the coin toss-winning team the temporary advantage in the numbers game before giving the other team the advantage with the freshest man and even odds.
-- Once all members of both teams have entered, The Gang Warfare will begin!
-- The only way to win is via submission or surrender.
-- The head referee will remain on the outside and will have the final say at Gang Warfare!

Team Fox (Megan Fox, Claire Bennet & Saints Row (Shaundi & The Dewynter Sisters (Kiki Dewynter & Viola Dewynter)) make their way down the aisle and gets a huge ovation of boos from the crowd. They then walked to one side outside the Hell In A Cell near the door as they await their opponents.
Team Bustice (EMW World Women's Champion Bustice, EMW Starlets Champion "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey, Jill Valentine & Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions Torrie Wilson & Stacy Keibler) make their way down the aisle and got a huge ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Team Bustice then walk to a separate side outside the Hell In A Cell that is next to the door of the Hell In A Cell. Then Jill Valentine enters the ring as she is the first member in for Team Bustice as Team Fox is strategizing over who will go first and then Shaundi enters the ring as she will be the first member for Team Fox. The bell then rings to start the match.

(Crowd Cheers) But now I want to talk about our next Mega Event, the EMW Yearly Anniversary show, Extreme Anniversary which will take place in Chicago, Illinois. Now after what happened in the Women's Road To Extreme Anniversary Hell's Playground Match, it kinda made my decision a hell of a lot easier...I was going to save it till this Friday on Starlets, but this match is so big, I just couldn't wait any longer...At Extreme Anniversary, it will be the EMW World Women's Champion BUSTICE (Crowd Cheers)...One on one against...the EMW Starlets Champion "ROWDY" RONDA ROUSEY!!! (Crowd Cheers louder as Rousey and Bustice are in shock over the news) Now I know what all of you may be thinking, what championship will be on the line in this match?!...Well, at Extreme Anniversary...It will be Champion Vs. Champion...TITLE FOR TITLE!!!
Crowd cheers even louder as Clardy leaves to the back as Jill Valentine, Torrie Wilson and Stacy Keibler are in shock as Rousey and Bustice looked at each other and then have a staredown then both Starlets raise their respective title belts as the show ends.
