The show begins with EMW Owner/Founder Theo Clardy in the ring with microphone in hand and he addresses the crowd.
Theo Clardy: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the first EMW Mega Event of 2013 and the first EMW show of 2013, LETHAL LOTTERY! (Crowd Cheers) Now before we can get things started tonight, I would like to make some huge announcements. First of all, I'm honored to announced that the first EMW ShowTime of 2013 will take place on Wednesday January 30th from the Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida and the first EMW Starlets of 2013 will take place Friday Feburary 1st from the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa, Florida! Now, I would like to make another announcement and you have noticed that that Erin Andrews is all by herself at the broadcast table, normally she would be joined by Wade Needham and Bobby Spade. Well, during the off-season, Bobby Spade informed me that he is retired from commentating and would focus on his work at SnJ. As for Wade Needham, he has been a busy man with his commentating for the EWF and for his site Ringscoops.com. He is also stepped down from commentating but is still apart of Extreme Madness Wrestling and is now EMW's President of Talent Relations. So the question is who will take their spot for tonight and every Wednesday on EMW ShowTime. I had some time to look up possible canidates and look for a broadcast team that can fill the shoes of Wade & Spade. After me and Wade talk about the candidates, there were two people that fit the bill like a glove. So ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the duo that will join Erin Andrews tonight and the new broadcast team for EMW ShowTime...From Celebrity Deathmatch, JOHNNY GOMEZ AND NICK DIAMOND!!!
Johnny Gomez and Nick Diamond make their way to the broadcast booth and get a huge ovation of cheers from the Miami crowd. They join Erin Andrews at the broadcast table as they sit down and put on their respective headsets.
Erin Andrews: Johnny...Nick...Let me the first to welcome you two to EMW!

A commercial airs promoting the next EMW Mega Event entitled Fight For Survival which will take place Sunday February 17th, 2012 and it will take place at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Backstage, EMW World Women's Champion Bustice is in her locker room warming up for her EMW World Women's Title defense against Claire Bennet. Erin Andrews mentioned that tonight is Bustice's 224th day as EMW World Women's Champion and that if she hangs onto the Championship tonight, she is 24 days away from Megan Fox's record of 247 days as EMW World Womens Champion.

Blank & Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champion Viola Dewynter in a First Round Match in the Lethal Lottery Starlets Tournament in 5:49 via submission when Megan Fox made Kelly K. Blank submit to Megan's Vice. Viola entered the ring to make the save but then smiled and laughed then went back to her corner letting Fox continue with the hold and forcing Blank to tap out.
Backstage, Kate Upton is standing by with Claire Bennet.
Kate Upton: I am here with the woman that tonight will face Bustice for the EMW World Women's Championship, Claire Bennet! Claire, tonight is the biggest night of your career as you are chosen by the EMW Board Of Directors to take on a Starlet that has held the EMW World Women's Championship for 224 days...
Claire Bennet: Yeah, I get it, Kate! Bustice has held the title for 224 days, whoop-de-doo! Claire then leaves as the crowd boos loudly.

Backstage, Zangief is seen pumping weights at his locker room as NIWA World Heavyweight Champion/NIWA President Blitz looks on. Later tonight, Zangief takes on Quinton "Rampage" Jackson for the EMW World Heavyweight Championship.
Backstage, EMW Owner Theo Clardy is seen talking to someone on the phone until he sees someone off screen.
Theo Clardy: I have to call you back.
Clardy then hangs up the phone and then the camera pans out to reveal Catwoman.
Catwoman: The word around here is that your in need of new Starlets.
Theo Clardy: Yeah, seems about right...Hey, you have to be Catwoman, I presume...
Catwoman: Well, you presume right, Mr. Clardy.
Theo Clardy: Wait, how did you know my name?!
Catwoman: Mr. Clardy, I have my sources...Besides, if you are looking for someone that can kick scratch and claw her way to the top, there is no one as PURRRRRRRFECT than me.
Theo Clardy: Well, I would like to sign you but my hands are bit tied at this moment.
Catwoman: It seems that you like it that way. (Catwoman then approaches Clardy and whispers in his ear) As a matter of fact, I kinda like that too.
Catwoman then steps back and smiles at Clardy as the crowd "Ohhs" at that statement as Clardy seems to be taken back at that statement.
Theo Clardy: Anyway...I would like to have the paperwork ready for you tomorrow morning and your first match will happen as soon as this Friday on the Season Premiere of EMW Starlets.
Catwoman: I say, that's a deal!
Both Clardy and Catwoman shook hands then Catwoman leaves and then Clardy tries to look at his watch but then realizes that it's gone.
Theo Clardy: WHAT THE?! WHERE'S MY WATCH?! (Clardy then realized that Catwoman took his watch) Should have known...Should have known.
Clardy then looks on as we go to the next match.

Kelly Kapowski: It's good that you asked that question, Noah. You see I know two men that are in a huge slump here in EMW...Zack Morris...AC Slater...Saved By The Bell. Well, they called me up and asked me to be their new manager and business advisor to help revive their career. Luckily for me, I have a great business to lead my boys to the top and on top of that give them a little makeover. This Tuesday on the Season Premiere of EMW ShowTime, I reveal the New and Imporved Saved By The Bell and I assure everybody that they will be the NEXT Unified EMW/NIWA World Tag Team Champions!

Angelina Love & Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champion Viola Dewynter in a First Round Match in the Lethal Lottery Starlets Tournament via submission when GIna Carano making Viola Dewynter submit to the Conviction. While Carano had Dewynter in the Conviction, Angelina Love went to break it up but then smiled and then left the ring, leaving Dewynter to be locked in the hold and to the eventual tap out as payback to what Kiki Dewynter did with Kelly K. Blank earlier tonight.

After the match, Sapp gets in Goldar's face and the two men brawled to the outside and had to be restrained by Security Officials and other referees.
Backstage, Duke Nukem is seen warming up until he is approached by his Lethal Lottery partner EMW International Champion Jason David Frank. The two men had a staredown and then Duke talks to Frank.
Duke Nukem: What the hell do you want?!
Jason David Frank: I just wanted to say that we make one hell of a team earlier tonight and I hope we do the same in the Semi-Finals.
Duke Nukem: You know what?! You exactly right, we do work well as a team...But know this...If you ever think of crossing me and cost my chance at regaining the EMW World Heavyweight Championship...(Gets in Frank's face) You wished to whatever god you worship that you didn't!
Nukem and Frank then goes face to face and then Frank leaves as Nukem looks on with an angered look on his face.

After the match, both Duke and Frank brawled in the ring then Frank went for the Superman Punch but Duke counters and then hits Frank with a Big Boot and Frank rolled out to the outside. EMW World Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson with Mike Gundy def. Zangief with NIWA President/NIWA World Heavyweight Champion Blitz in 21:10 via pinfall after the Rampage Slam. The match originally ended when Zangief pinned Jackson after Blitz tripped Jackson as he was suplexing Zangief back to the ring and then Blitz hanged onto Jackson's leg to prevent Jackson from kicking out. But then EMW General Manager Al Bundy arrived and informed Nick Patrick what happened and then Patrick not only restarted the match but ejected Blitz from ringside.
Backstage, we see Gina Carano laid out and looks to be put through a table then the camera pans to see Saints Row (Shaundi & Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions The Dewynter Sisters (Kiki Dewynter & Viola Dewynter)) looking down at the fallen Gina Carano then they looked off camera then the camera pans to that direction to reveal it's Poison. Poison looked at Saints Row with a smile then takes a wad of cash out of her cleavage and then pays the members of Saints Row.
Poison: Pleasure doing business with ya.
Saints Row then leaves and then Poison looked down at Carano.
Poison: Oh, it looks like you can't make it to the Lethal Lottery Finals...Such a shame...
Poison then and leaves as EMTs rush over to check on Carano.

The rules are that when one participant gets pinned or forced to tap out, that person will be eliminated from the match. The process continues until there is only one remaining. In this match, the last Starlet remaining will become the winner of the Lethal Lottery Starlets Tournament and will earn an EMW World Women's Championship Title Match at Fight For Survival!!!
Olivia Munn makes her way to the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd but mostly boos.
EMW Starlets Champion Megan Fox makes her way to the ring and gets a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Faith Lehane makes her way to the ring and gets a great ovation of boos from the crowd.
Gina Carano's music hits but Carano is not seen and then her music stops.
Shaundi arrives and then she makes her way to the ring. It was then announced that Shaundi was chosen as a replacement for Gina Carano by order of the EMW Board Of Directors.
EMW Starlets Champion Megan Fox def. Shaundi, Olivia Munn and Faith Lehane in the Four Way Dance Finals of the Lethal Lottery Starlets Tournament in 19:45 after last eliminating Shaundi. With the win, Megan Fox earns an EMW World Women's Title Match at Fight For Survival against whoever's the champion in tonight's EMW World Women's Championship Match between Bustice and Claire Bennet.

Both women are in the ring and then Bruce Buffer makes the introductions.

EMW World Women's Champion Bustice def. Claire Bennet via pinfall in 27:11 via pinfall after the Big Bust. After the match, EMW Starlets Champion Megan Fox makes her way to the ring. Fox and Bustice then have a staredown and both women look to go at it but then Fox extends her hand to Bustice and then Bustice accepts her handshake but then Fox drags Bustice to her and says, "Fight For Survival...You are not getting MY record!" Fox then leaves the ring and blows a kiss to Bustice then leaves and Bustice looks on and then looks at the EMW World Women's title as the show concludes.
