The show begins with a video package that starts with a lookback at past Superstars & Starlets Throwdown Royale Matches.

Then we get shots of Multiple EMW & NIWA Superstars.
Announcer: Tonight, 40 Superstars...
Then we get a shot of multiple EMW Starlets & NIWA Women Wrestlers.
Announcer: And 30 EMW Starlets start their journey on the Road To MegaBrawl 6!
Then we see action from multiple EMW and NIWA Superstars & Starlets.
Announcer: Who is destined for greatness?!...Who will be going to MegaBrawl...Who will be...THE ONE?!
The screen turns to black but then fades in with shots of the EMW World Women's Championship, the EMW Starlets Championship and the Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Championship.
Announcer: Also tonight...The Triple Header Match...For the first time ever in EMW History, all the Starlets Championships are on the line in ONE...SINGLE...MATCH!!!
Then we see a shot at EMW World Women's Champion Bustice.

Then a shot of EMW Starlets Champion Velvet Sky.
Announcer: Teams up with EMW Starlets Champion Velvet Sky...
Then we see a shot at Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions Legendary Conviction and Poison and then we see shots of Legendary Conviction in action

Then we see shots of Bustice & Velvet in action.

Then we see Bustice & Velvet in pain.

Pyro explodes from the entrance stage and the four corners of the ring as the camera pans throughout the sold out crowd at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts as Wade Needham is heard welcoming us to the show.
Wade Needham: Ladies and gentlemen, you are looking at the TD Garden in Boston as we welcome you to the 6th Annual EMW Throwdown Royale! Alongside, Erin Andrews & the controversial Bobby Spade, I'm Wade Needham at ringside!
Leeann Tweeden: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for the STARLETS THROWDOWN ROYALE MATCH!!! And here are the rules, in just a moment, the Starlets that drew #1 and #2 will enter the ring and the match will begin. Every 90 seconds thereafter, another EMW Starlet or NIWA Diva will enter the ring according to the number she drew. Elimination occurs when a Starlet is thrown over the top rope and both feet touch the floor. The last Starlet in the ring after 29 have been eliminated will be declared the winner and she will earn a World Women's Championship Match at MEGABRAWL 6!
Jenna Haze arrives on the entrance stage and then does a seductive dance then makes her way to the ring to a good ovation of boos from the crowd. It was noted that Jenna Haze got #1 after being the last woman eliminated in the Over The Top Rope Challenge last Friday on Starlets.
Riley Steele arrives on the entrance stage and then makes her way to the ring to a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Faith Lehane won the 2012 30 Starlet Throwdown Royale Match after last eliminating Sonya Blade. With the win, Faith Lehane gets a shot at her choice at the EMW World Women's Championship or the NIWA World Women's Championship at MegaBrawl 6 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Chris Brown arrives and did some dancing and then makes his way to the ring to a huge ovation of boos from the crowd.
Duke Nukem arrives on the entrance stage and then he makes his way to the ring to a thunderous ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Both men are in the ring and then Jon Ian makes the introductions.

Nukem hands the title belt to EMW Referee Patrick Hernandez. He then shows the belt to Brown and then hold up the title belt then handing it to the ringside assistant and calls for the bell to start the match.
EMW World Heavyweight Champion Duke Nukem def. Chris Brown in 34:11 via pinfall after the Nuke-lear Bomb.
A commercial airs promoting the EMW/NIWA Joint Mega Event named Supreme Showdown: The Clardy Cup which takes place Sunday November 11th, 2012 from the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. The commercial promotes the 2nd Annual Clardy Family Cup Tag Team Tournaments.
Leeann Tweeden: The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 20 Minute Time Limit!
Joanna Dark arrives and makes her way to the ring to a great ovation of boos from the crowd.
"Rowdy" Ronda Rousey arrives on the entrance stage alongside her manager Mike Gundy and then she makes her way to the ring to a great ovation of cheers from the crowd.
Once both women are in the ring, Leeann Tweeden makes the introductions.

After both women were introduced , Mike Gundy exits the ring and gets to ringside and then EMW Referee Karen Richardson calls for the bell to start the match.

Backstage, we see several shots of some of the Superstars that are competing in the 40 Man Throwdown Royale Match coming up next.
A video package is shown highlighting the history of the Throwdown Royale Match and the past winners of the match who would later become World Heavyweight Champion at MegaBrawl. Then the question is raised of who will be the one that will be who will be the one that will head to MegaBrawl?!

This is 2012 EMW Throwdown Royale match! The match goes as follows; the superstars that have drawn #1 and #2 will enter the ring and start the match. Every minute, a new superstar will enter the ring depending on the number that superstar has drawn earlier tonight. The process continues until all 40 Superstars have entered in the match. The only way to be eliminated is by being thrown over the top rope and both feet touching the floor. EMW World Heavyweight Champion Duke Nukem arrives and then makes his way to the ring. When Nukem enters the ring, both men have an intense staredown then Duke turns and looks at the MegaBrawl logo then looks at Blade and then points to him. Blade then approaches Duke and then pats him on the shoulder and then leaves the ring. Duke then looked on and felt concerned over Blade's actions.

Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions Legendary Conviction (Gina Carano & "The Future Legend" Melissa Anderson) arrived on the entrance stage alongside their manager Poison and then make their way to the ring to a thunderous ovation of boos from the crowd.
EMW Starlets Champion Velvet Sky arrived on the entrance stage and then poses for the crowd then makes her way to the ring to a HUGE ovation of cheers from the crowd.
EMW World Women's Champion Bustice arrives on the entrance stage and then poses for the crowd. She then makes her way to the ring, slapping hands with fans as the crowd gives her a great ovation of cheers.

Cortez is handed all thee championship belts and holds up the title belts and then hands the title belts to the ringside assistant and then calls for the bell to start the match.
EMW World Women's Champion Bustice & EMW Startlets Champion Velvet Sky def. Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions Legendary Conviction (Gina Carano & "The Future Legend" Melissa Anderson) with Poison in 34:44 via pinfall when Bustice pinned Melissa Anderson after the Big Bust to become the NEW Unified EMW/NIWA World Women's Tag Team Champions!!! In the final moments of the match, Bustice hits the Big Bust off the top rope and then pins Anderson and Cortez counted the fall but Anderson's right foot was on the bottom rope but Cortez didn't see it. After the match, Cortez leaves the ring and Poison is arguing with her about Melissa Anderson's right foot on the ropes but Cortez said that she didn't see that as Poison follows Cortez to the back. Meanwhile, Sky and Bustice celebrate the win and fireworks explode above the ring as the show concludes.
